A Day in Troy

Discover the ancient city of Troy, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world and scene of the famous siege. Then we'll take a 20-minute ferry ride across the Dardanelles to Canakkale where we'll board the bus for the drive to the Unesco World Heritage Site of Troy. On the one hour walking tour of the site, you'll learn all about the fascinating history of the area, one of the oldest continuously inhabited sites in the area, how it started up as a small hamlet in neolithic times before growing to become one of the most powerful Bronze Age cities in the world.
